Five Steps to Remove Toxins In Body

Poisons can enter easily into the body in many ways. To remove it you do not need expensive treatment. Simply by following five easy steps, toxins in the body can get out by itself.

1. Consumption of organic foods

For some time to avoid fast food. Choose foods and organic-based process does not use pesticides. Also avoid nicotine, alcohol, caffeine, and other chemicals

2. Fruit juice

Drink organic fruit juices which have a low glycemic load. It would be better if the fruit juice mixed with organic vegetables. Drink the juice, for seven days.

3. Warm water

To start the day, after waking up, drink a full glass of warm water on an empty stomach. Warm water will help the body remove toxins naturally.

4. Healthy food for three days

To get rid of toxins that attach to the gut, consume healthy foods for two to three days. Avoid greasy foods, consumption of raw vegetables or a brief and processed fruit. It would be better if the food consumed organic fabric. This will create a healthier digestive tract. Do it at least two days in a year.

5. Bath and scrubs

Our skin is the largest organ in the body and is very efficient in eliminating toxins. Before the shower, wash the skin with a soft brush dry. Clean the body before a bath will help peel off dead skin and stimulate the lymphatic system (expenditures) to help remove toxins.
